Spoken interaction
Spoken interaction no. 1
Speaking, even though it sounds easy, can be quite hard for many English learners. English language doesn't have rules in pronouncing words as French does for example, so the first step is just to listen to people speaking, and the second step, trying speaking yourself. In preparation for spoken interaction, I recommend watching anything you are interested in where there are 2 or more people having a conversation, could be a TV show, podcast, radio programme... And when some question is asked, just pause it and try answering it. But probably the most efficient way is to practice with your friends! Don't be afraid to make mistakes and have a conversation. Your teacher at school will likely have to start correcting your speech at some point, but that's okay too.
For more than 10 years (ever since I was little), I had been attending Helen Doron English classes, and most of it was speaking, no Czech, only English. It was what helped me the most to get comfortable with English. Even though I didn't know the right words sometimes, I just explained them in a different way. That is why I think speaking with your friends can make English way easier for you.
If you want to practice alone, I came across this Youtube channel which has lots of helpful videos in different formats: https://www.youtube.com/@EnglishFluencyJourney

When I wanted to improve my conversation skills, I looked for some online exercises (apart from other ways of practice). I think that not only speaking itself is important, but also understanding the meaning behind certain phrases and why we use them is crucial. A well-known English language expert, Scott Thornbury, has contributed to this page where you can find the kinds of practice I mentioned. Personally, learning the phrases has made speaking so much easier for me, because now I have more ways to express myself.
Here's a link to an exercise with an answer key, but you can find more on the page: https://www.cambridge.org/elt/blog/2017/09/27/about-language-activity-4-spoken-interaction/
